Hi! I notice that occasionally we get sign ups, is there still an interest in vpets?
Let me know.
I still check in regularly 💪
hi friend!! ♥
welcome to vpets — a little pixel world full of tiny friends waiting to meet you ♥
→ adopt nowIt's been a few days since vpets.net has been publicly available and whilst I've rolled out bug fixes galore, I've been working on this next feature for far too long :D. The Dojo! You'll find it under Fernhollow. The existing battle tower has been moved into this, please do enjoy, there's lots more battle related content in the works.
Also, clicking on my message "MADE W/ LOVE" will now take you to the about page, detailing a little bit about who runs vpets and and an art disclaimer, neat.
Please enjoy the updates, so much more to come.

Well, this feels like years in the making. For over 20 years I’ve thought about, dreamt about, and pored over the idea of creating my own virtual pet site. And late last night, due to my own inability to be patient, I finally released vpets, in all its pink glory.
I guess what you’re seeing here is a love letter to virtual pet sites of the early 00s, and also all of the tech around at that time, with just a splash of: I miss Windows 98. I’ve built something that I want to play, and have been playing, much to my own enjoyment. Hopefully you might like it too.
I don’t really believe in holding the user’s hand too much on a website, so please click around, get lost, break things, discover stuff, and enjoy it.
